Welcome to FitsLabNow. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FitsLabNow website and services.
2. Services
2.1 Small Structured Fitness Routines
FitsLabNow provides small structured fitness routines tailored to individual goals and levels. Services may include guided sessions, personalized plans, and ongoing support.
3. Digital Products
FitsLabNow offers digital products such as workout guides, video tutorials, and templates for personal use.
4. Physical Goods
FitsLabNow may sell physical goods including equipment and branded merchandise.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed on the FitsLabNow website. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted methods are credit or debit cards and other standard channels. You agree to provide accurate payment information.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Fitness Routines
Clients may request a full reimbursement if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session. Once a routine has commenced or if cancellation falls within 48 hours of the first session, no reimbursement will be issued due to trainer availability and preparation time.
Clients may transfer a scheduled routine to another date or name subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
6.2 Digital Products
Digital products are eligible for reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided no file has been downloaded or accessed. Once the product has been accessed, no reimbursement can be issued.
Requests for reimbursement should be sent via Contact Us. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6.3 Physical Goods
Physical goods may be reimbursed within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs for sending back may apply.
After receipt and inspection, approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Contact our support team via Contact Us to initiate sending back the item.
7. Transfer Policy
Unless otherwise stated, services and digital products are non-transferable once accessed or commenced. Physical goods may be transferred after delivery but remain subject to the conditions above.
